Dashboard Sneak Preview

Here is the first screenshot of the new dashboard system. Hot off the press :-)



The dashboard is the springboard for a lot of functionality that will be rolling out within the next week or two. Including but not limited to:-

• Ability to raise / assign tasks amongst team members
• Ability to take notes
• Bookmarking
• Single calendar for meetings, private hires, MOTs, vehicle inspections and task deadlines

and here's a sneak preview of that single company wide calendar :-)

New Dashboard coming soon!

We are now working on a new dashboard view for TravelManager. Prototypes will be available before the end of the week and we will be implementing the dashboard before July30th.

A dashboard is a powerful tool to control company information and more importantly control your business day. You can see at a glance whats happening, what needs to be done and what impact its having on your business.

Tours & Excursions now Live!

We have now put the tours and excursions module live!

We have added some additional functionality into the solution to make it easier to create and maintain your tours and excursions.

Integrated Services

We are currently trialling a number of very interesting services. The first is called "Click to SMS" which basically allows you to send an SMS to any mobile telephone number within the TravelManager CRM solution and log the time and the message sent. This is very useful for capturing information.

Moreover, we are now working on the ability to reply to the sent SMS via the mobiles SMS feature and have the reply automatically logged into workplace against the customers account.

Secondly, we have taken the "Click to SMS" functionality a stage further and are working on a "Click to Call" feature so that calls can be initiated through TravelManager, logged against the customers account and the best bit the calls are cheaper than through a normal telephone handset :-)

Were expecting this functionality to be available to everyone within the month.
