Meeting Manager

We have now rolled out the meeting manager functionality. This enable you to create a meeting with attendees and take notes and actions which are then minuted and logged.

All actions are then assigned to the relevant owner so you can track progress on them



We think this will become a valuable tool for minute taking and ensuring that actions actually get delivered upon for any size business.

Calendar Improvements

We have made some improvements to the calendar view of the solution.

You can now see at a glance all tasks, meetings, and jobs (private hire, garage etc.) and can change the view with a simple tick box. We have also added the ability to see which tasks have been completed and which ones are still outstanding so you have a clear one page view of all of the activity within your business.
